Exchange Policy
Products ordered online can be exchanged by contacting us via email at support@shopbloomkins.com with a valid invoice.
If you wish to request an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@shopbloomkins.com.
Eligibility for Exchange
Items purchased from shopbloomkins.com are eligible for exchange within 07 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery
- The item does not match the original specifications or differs from what was ordered
To process an exchange request:
- You must email clear photographic evidence of the issue to support@shopbloomkins.com
- Images must be sent within 3 days of receiving the product
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
Refund Policy
Bloomkins does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee. All approved cases are handled strictly as exchanges.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Bloomkins reserves the right to decline any exchange that does not meet the above conditions
